Unity Healthcare is pleased to announce the addition of Heartland Neurology. The practice is located at 1345 South Creasy Lane, Suite 365 at the Unity Medical Center in Lafayette.
Heartland Neurology utilizes their combined extensive experience and compassion by serving the Lafayette area since 1996, while making use of the latest neurological concerns and sleep medicine technology. The physicians of Heartland Neurology are Theodore Nukes, MD, Patrick Reibold, MD, Arthur Rosen, MD, and Seth Cahn, MD, all together have over 85 years of experience. Along with the compassion comes their commitment, Heartland Neurology makes it easier to better serve their patients by conveniently having several different locations in the North Central Indiana area including Lafayette, Indianapolis, Carmel, Lebanon, Frankfort, Logansport, Monticello and Williamsport.
